👩🍳 How to make Semiya Payasam
- Roast vermicelli in dry pan 3 mins until golden-brown
- Heat ghee, fry cashews until golden (2 mins)
- Add raisins, fry 1 min
- Add roasted vermicelli, stir 1 min
- Pour milk, bring to simmer
- Cook 8 mins until vermicelli soft + milk thickens
- Crush jaggery, add to pot
- Stir until jaggery dissolved
- Add salt + cardamom
- Simmer 2 mins more
- Serve warm
