- Mix maida + salt + 30ml oil + water, knead into stiff dough
- Rest 20 mins covered
- Boil + mash potato with peas
- Mix filling: potato + peas + turmeric + chili + cumin
- Divide dough into 8 balls
- Roll each to thin circle
- Cut in half, wet edges with water
- Form cone, fill with 2 tbsp potato mixture
- Seal edges by pressing with fork
- Heat oil to 170°C
- Fry 3 mins until golden crispy
