- Blanch sprouts 2 mins in boiling water, drain
- Heat oil, add mustard (crackling 10 secs)
- Add peanuts, fry until golden (2 mins)

- Add poha + sprouts, toss gently (2 mins)
- Add salt, squeeze lemon
- Toss 1 min
