👩‍🍳 How to make Ragi Idli

  1. Soak urad dal + rice + fenugreek 4 hours
  2. Grind to fine batter, mix with ragi flour by hand
  3. Add ginger + chili + curry leaves
  4. Ferment 6 hours (covered at 28°C)
  5. Grease idli molds with oil
  6. Fill 3/4 full, steam 10 mins (water boiling)
  7. Cool 2 mins, remove
  8. Serve with sambar, aroma of millet present
