👩🍳 How to make Ragi Idli
- Soak urad dal + rice + fenugreek 4 hours
- Grind to fine batter, mix with ragi flour by hand
- Add ginger + chili + curry leaves
- Ferment 6 hours (covered at 28°C)
- Grease idli molds with oil
- Fill 3/4 full, steam 10 mins (water boiling)
- Cool 2 mins, remove
- Serve with sambar, aroma of millet present
