  1. Marinate prawns with turmeric + salt 10 mins
  2. Heat oil, add cumin + coriander (toasted 30 secs)
  3. Add ginger-garlic, fry 2 mins
  4. Add onion, fry until golden (4 mins)
  5. Add chili powder, fry 1 min
  6. Add tomato paste, fry 3 mins (dark paste)
  7. Add curd, stir well
  8. Add prawns, cook 5 mins until pink
  9. Add kasuri methi (crushed), fold gently
  10. Cook 2 mins more
  11. Serve over white rice
