- Marinate prawns with turmeric + salt 10 mins
- Heat oil, add cumin + coriander (toasted 30 secs)
- Add ginger-garlic, fry 2 mins
- Add onion, fry until golden (4 mins)
- Add chili powder, fry 1 min
- Add tomato paste, fry 3 mins (dark paste)
- Add curd, stir well
- Add prawns, cook 5 mins until pink
- Add kasuri methi (crushed), fold gently
- Cook 2 mins more
- Serve over white rice
