  1. Clean prawns, remove vein
  2. Marinate with turmeric + salt 5 mins
  3. Heat oil, add mustard (crackling 10 secs)
  4. Add ginger-garlic + curry leaves (30 secs)
  5. Add onion, fry until soft (2 mins)
  6. Add prawns, cook 4 mins until pink + opaque
  7. Add green chili
  8. Squeeze lemon juice
  9. Toss gently 1 min
  10. Serve hot, prawn aroma + citrus
