👩‍🍳 How to make Parotta

  1. Mix maida + salt + 15ml oil
  2. Slowly add warm water, knead into soft smooth dough (10 mins)
  3. Cover, rest 30 mins at 35°C
  4. Divide into 3 balls
  5. Roll each into 8-inch disk
  6. Brush with oil + ghee mixture
  7. Starting from one edge, roll tightly into spiral
  8. Coil the spiral
  9. Flatten gently into 6-inch disk
  10. Heat iron plate to 180°C, cook parotta 2 mins per side until golden
  11. Press with spatula during cooking for layers
