👩‍🍳 How to make Parippu Pradhaman

  1. Cook moong dal in water until soft + creamy (20 mins)
  2. Heat ghee, fry cashews until golden (2 mins)
  3. Add raisins, fry 1 min
  4. Add cooked dal to ghee mixture
  5. Stir well, cook 2 mins
  6. Gently stir in crushed jaggery
  7. When jaggery dissolves, pour coconut milk
  8. Add cardamom + salt
  9. Simmer 5 mins until thick creamy pudding
  10. Serve warm in bowl
  11. Rich lentil pudding, sweet jaggery-coconut aroma
