👩🍳 How to make Parippu Pradhaman
- Cook moong dal in water until soft + creamy (20 mins)
- Heat ghee, fry cashews until golden (2 mins)
- Add raisins, fry 1 min
- Add cooked dal to ghee mixture
- Stir well, cook 2 mins
- Gently stir in crushed jaggery
- When jaggery dissolves, pour coconut milk
- Add cardamom + salt
- Simmer 5 mins until thick creamy pudding
- Serve warm in bowl
