👩🍳 How to make Paniyaram
- Heat paniyaram pan (multi-hole mold) to 160°C
- Oil each hole generously
- Mix batter + onion + chili + ginger + curry leaves + salt + coconut
- Fill each hole 3/4 full
- Cook 2 mins until bottom sets
- Rotate with stick, cook other sides (total 4 mins)
- All sides golden brown
- Remove with stick carefully
- Serve hot with chutney
