- Fry paneer cubes in butter until golden (2 mins), remove
- In same pot, add remaining butter + cumin + coriander (toasted)
- Add ginger-garlic, fry 2 mins
- Add onion, fry until golden (3 mins)
- Add tomato paste, fry 3 mins (dark)
- Add chili powder, fry 1 min
- Pour cream, add salt
- Add fried paneer, fold gently
- Add kasuri methi, cook 2 mins
- Serve over white rice
- Creamy paneer, cubes tender + flavorful
