  1. Fry paneer cubes in butter until golden (2 mins), remove
  2. In same pot, add remaining butter + cumin + coriander (toasted)
  3. Add ginger-garlic, fry 2 mins
  4. Add onion, fry until golden (3 mins)
  5. Add tomato paste, fry 3 mins (dark)
  6. Add chili powder, fry 1 min
  7. Pour cream, add salt
  8. Add fried paneer, fold gently
  9. Add kasuri methi, cook 2 mins
  10. Serve over white rice
  11. Creamy paneer, cubes tender + flavorful
