- Heat ghee, fry cashews until golden (2 mins)
- Add rice powder, fry 3 mins until nutty
- Pour milk slowly while stirring to avoid lumps
- Bring to simmer, cook 8 mins until thick
- Gently stir in crushed jaggery
- Add coconut + cardamom + salt
- Simmer 2 mins more
- Serve warm
