  2. Add peanuts, fry golden (2 mins)
  3. Add ginger + green chili + curry leaves (30 secs)
  4. Add onion, fry until soft (2 mins)
  5. Remove from heat (important - puffed rice is pre-cooked)
  6. Add puffed rice + salt + coconut
  7. Toss gently to coat with oil + spices (1 min)
  8. Serve immediately while warm + light
