👩‍🍳 How to make Masala Dosa

  1. Boil + peel potato, dice into 5mm cubes
  2. Heat 15ml oil, add mustard + urad dal (crackling)
  3. Add curry leaves + ginger + green chili (30 secs)
  4. Add potato + onion + turmeric, cook 3 mins until onion soft
  5. Add salt, keep warm
  6. Heat iron griddle to 180°C
  7. Spread dosa batter thin
  8. Cook 1.5 mins until bottom golden
  9. Add 15ml oil to edges
  10. Add potato filling in center, fold into tube shape
  11. Cook 30 secs more, serve hot
