- Mix turmeric + chili + ginger-garlic + lemon + salt into paste
- Coat fish fillets with paste, rest 10 mins
- Heat grill/iron griddle to 180°C
- Oil griddle, place fish
- Grill 4 mins one side until golden + opaque
- Flip, grill 3 mins other side
- Fish should flake easily
- Serve on plate
