  1. Mix turmeric + chili + ginger-garlic + lemon + salt into paste
  2. Coat fish fillets with paste, rest 10 mins
  3. Heat grill/iron griddle to 180°C
  4. Oil griddle, place fish
  5. Grill 4 mins one side until golden + opaque
  6. Flip, grill 3 mins other side
  7. Fish should flake easily
  8. Serve on plate
  9. Garnish with cilantro
