👩🍳 How to make Fish Rice Ball
- Heat oil, add mustard + curry leaves (crackling)
- Add ginger + green chili (30 secs)
- Add onion, fry 2 mins
- Add fish + turmeric + salt, cook 4 mins
- Add rice, fold gently to mix (2 mins)
- Cool slightly
- Shape rice + fish mixture into ball
- Place in banana leaf if available
- Can be packed for lunch, eaten warm or room temperature
- Individual lunch ball with fish + rice integrated
