👩‍🍳 How to make Fish Rice Ball

  1. Heat oil, add mustard + curry leaves (crackling)
  2. Add ginger + green chili (30 secs)
  3. Add onion, fry 2 mins
  4. Add fish + turmeric + salt, cook 4 mins
  5. Add rice, fold gently to mix (2 mins)
  6. Cool slightly
  7. Shape rice + fish mixture into ball
  8. Place in banana leaf if available
  9. Can be packed for lunch, eaten warm or room temperature
  10. Individual lunch ball with fish + rice integrated
