  1. Soak black lentils + kidney beans overnight
  2. Pressure cook in salt water until soft (20 mins)
  3. Heat butter, add cumin + coriander (toasted 30 secs)
  4. Add ginger-garlic, fry 2 mins
  5. Add tomato paste, fry 3 mins (dark paste)
  6. Add cooked lentils + beans + cooking water
  7. Add chili powder, simmer 8 mins
  8. Add cream + kasuri methi
  9. Simmer 2 mins more
  10. Serve over white rice
