- Clean crab pieces, marinate with turmeric 10 mins
- Heat oil, add ginger-garlic, fry 2 mins
- Add onion, fry until golden (3 mins)
- Add chili powder, fry 1 min
- Add crab pieces, cook 4 mins (shells slightly red)
- Pour coconut milk + water, add tamarind + curry leaves
- Simmer 10 mins until crab cooked through + shell reddened
- Add salt, taste
- Serve over white rice
