  1. Clean crab pieces, marinate with turmeric 10 mins
  2. Heat oil, add ginger-garlic, fry 2 mins
  3. Add onion, fry until golden (3 mins)
  4. Add chili powder, fry 1 min
  5. Add crab pieces, cook 4 mins (shells slightly red)
  6. Pour coconut milk + water, add tamarind + curry leaves
  7. Simmer 10 mins until crab cooked through + shell reddened
  8. Add salt, taste
  9. Serve over white rice
