  1. Roast semolina in dry pan 4 mins until slightly darker
  2. Heat oil, add mustard + urad dal (crackling 10 secs)
  3. Add ginger + green chili + curry leaves (30 secs)
  4. Add roasted semolina, stir 2 mins
  5. Add coconut, stir 1 min
  6. Pour water + salt, stir continuously
  7. Cook 8 mins until thick paste forms
  8. Add lemon juice, fold gently
  9. Serve hot, coconut aroma prominent
