  1. Heat oil, add mustard (crackling 10 secs)
  2. Add cashews, fry until golden (2 mins)
  3. Add curry leaves + green chili (30 secs)
  4. Add coconut, toss 1 min
  5. Add cooked rice, fold gently (2 mins)
  6. Add salt, toss again
  7. Add sambar in small bowl on side
  8. Add pickle + curd
