👩🍳 How to make Clam Curry + Rice
- Soak clams in salt water 1 hour (removes sand)
- Heat oil, add ginger-garlic, fry 2 mins
- Add onion, fry until soft (2 mins)
- Add turmeric + green chili, fry 1 min
- Add clams, cook 5 mins (shells partially open)
- Pour coconut milk + water + tamarind
- Add curry leaves + salt
- Simmer 6 mins until clam shells fully open (discard unopened)
- Serve over white rice
