👩🍳 How to make Chana Masala Rice
- Heat oil, add cumin + coriander (toasted 30 secs)
- Add ginger-garlic, fry 2 mins
- Add onion, fry until golden (3 mins)
- Add tomato paste, fry 3 mins
- Add chili + turmeric, fry 1 min
- Add boiled chickpeas, stir well
- Pour 0.5 cup water, add salt
- Simmer 8 mins until sauce coats chickpeas
- Add kasuri methi (crushed), cook 1 min
- Serve over white rice
