  1. Cut bread into 5mm cubes
  2. Dry pan roast bread cubes 3 mins until slightly golden
  3. Heat oil, add mustard + curry leaves (crackling 10 secs)
  4. Add green chili + onion, fry 2 mins
  5. Add roasted bread, toss gently (2 mins)
  6. Add salt + lemon juice
  7. Toss 1 min
  8. Transfer to plate
  9. Bread slightly crispy, curry leaf aroma
