👩🍳 How to make Aval Payasam
- Roast beaten rice flakes in dry pan 3 mins until nutty
- Heat ghee, add nuts, fry until golden (2 mins)
- Add ginger, fry 1 min
- Add roasted flakes, stir 1 min
- Crush jaggery, add to pot
- Pour coconut milk slowly while stirring
- Add cardamom + salt
- Cook 5 mins stirring until jaggery melted + thick paste
- Serve warm, nutty-sweet aroma
