  1. Roast beaten rice flakes in dry pan 3 mins until nutty
  2. Heat ghee, add nuts, fry until golden (2 mins)
  3. Add ginger, fry 1 min
  4. Add roasted flakes, stir 1 min
  5. Crush jaggery, add to pot
  6. Pour coconut milk slowly while stirring
  7. Add cardamom + salt
  8. Cook 5 mins stirring until jaggery melted + thick paste
  9. Serve warm, nutty-sweet aroma
