👩‍🍳 How to make Til Puri

  1. Mix flour and salt
  2. Add 20ml oil
  3. Gradually add water while kneading into soft dough (5 minutes)
  4. Cover, rest 15�20 minutes
  5. Divide into 12 equal balls
  6. Roll each to 3-inch diameter
  7. Press sesame seeds onto surface of each puri (seeds should stick)
  8. Heat 150ml oil in deep pan over medium-high heat (180�C)
  9. Place puri in hot oil
  10. Press down immediately with spoon, oil will bubble
  11. Within 2�3 seconds, puri puffs up
  12. Flip, cook other side 15�20 seconds until golden
  13. Remove, drain on paper towels
