👩🍳 How to make Til
- Dry roast sesame seeds in pan over medium heat (2�3 minutes, seeds should smell nutty and be very dry)
- Transfer to bowl
- Heat ghee in same pan over low heat (30 seconds)
- Add jaggery, stir until it melts (2�3 minutes)
- Mixture should coat the back of a spoon
- Pour hot jaggery into roasted sesame seeds
- Quickly add cardamom and dry fruit
- Mix very well while hot (should be cohesive but not mushy)
- Let cool slightly (2�3 minutes)
- Wet hands with water, shape into 1-inch diameter balls
- Cool completely before storing
