👩‍🍳 How to make Til Barfi

  1. Dry roast sesame seeds in pan over medium heat (2�3 minutes)
  2. Transfer to greased plate
  3. Heat ghee in same pan over low heat (30 seconds)
  4. Add jaggery, stir constantly until it reaches soft-ball stage (210�C, 3�4 minutes)
  5. Test: drop small amount in water, should form soft ball
  6. Add cardamom, stir
  7. Quickly pour over roasted sesame seeds on plate
  8. Spread evenly with greased spatula (work fast, mixture sets quickly)
  9. Cut into square pieces while still warm
  10. Cool completely before storing
