  1. Mix all flours together in bowl
  2. Add minced onion, green chillies, salt, turmeric
  3. Gradually add water while stirring to form thick batter (should be pourable)
  4. Heat mustard oil in pan over medium heat (40 seconds)
  5. Add mustard seeds, let crackle (10 seconds)
  6. Add � of the seeds and oil to batter, mix well
  7. Heat griddle over medium heat (160�C)
  8. Grease lightly with remaining oil
  9. Pour � cup batter, spread to 5-inch circle
  10. Cook 2�3 minutes until bottom is golden
  11. Flip, cook other side 1�2 minutes
  12. Serve hot
