👩‍🍳 How to make Rava Idli

  1. Mix semolina, yogurt, salt in bowl
  2. Gradually add water while stirring to form thick batter (like thick cake batter)
  3. Heat 10ml oil in small pan over medium heat (30 seconds)
  4. Add cumin seeds, let crackle (10 seconds)
  5. Add minced green chillies and ginger, fry (30 seconds)
  6. Add this tempering to batter, mix well
  7. Let batter rest 10 minutes
  8. Oil idli mold cups with remaining 5ml oil
  9. Fill cups � full with batter
  10. Steam in idli cooker for 6�7 minutes (water should be boiling before placing molds)
  11. Remove from heat, wait 1 minute
  12. Run knife around edges, pop out onto plate
