👩🍳 How to make Rava Idli
- Mix semolina, yogurt, salt in bowl
- Gradually add water while stirring to form thick batter (like thick cake batter)
- Heat 10ml oil in small pan over medium heat (30 seconds)
- Add cumin seeds, let crackle (10 seconds)
- Add minced green chillies and ginger, fry (30 seconds)
- Add this tempering to batter, mix well
- Let batter rest 10 minutes
- Oil idli mold cups with remaining 5ml oil
- Fill cups � full with batter
- Steam in idli cooker for 6�7 minutes (water should be boiling before placing molds)
- Remove from heat, wait 1 minute
- Run knife around edges, pop out onto plate
