👩‍🍳 How to make Ragi Pitha

  1. Mix ragi flour, rice flour, salt in bowl
  2. Add jaggery, mix well (should be fine powder)
  3. Gradually add water while stirring to form smooth thick batter (consistency should be pourable but not runny)
  4. Let batter rest 10 minutes
  5. Heat griddle (tawa) over medium heat (160�C)
  6. Grease lightly with ghee
  7. Pour � cup batter, spread gently to 5-inch circle
  8. Cook 2�3 minutes until bottom is set and edges curl
  9. Flip carefully, cook other side 1�2 minutes until light brown spots appear
  10. Drizzle 5ml ghee on griddle around edges
  11. Serve hot
