👩🍳 How to make Ragi Pitha
- Mix ragi flour, rice flour, salt in bowl
- Add jaggery, mix well (should be fine powder)
- Gradually add water while stirring to form smooth thick batter (consistency should be pourable but not runny)
- Let batter rest 10 minutes
- Heat griddle (tawa) over medium heat (160�C)
- Grease lightly with ghee
- Pour � cup batter, spread gently to 5-inch circle
- Cook 2�3 minutes until bottom is set and edges curl
- Flip carefully, cook other side 1�2 minutes until light brown spots appear
- Drizzle 5ml ghee on griddle around edges
- Serve hot
