  1. Mix both flours in bowl
  2. Add green chillies, ginger, salt, turmeric, cumin seeds
  3. Add oil
  4. Gradually add water while mixing to form thick batter
  5. Let rest 10 minutes
  6. Boil water for steaming in cooker (should be 1 inch deep)
  7. Oil small cups or molds
  8. Fill � with batter
  9. Steam for 8�10 minutes (cooker should have steam)
  10. Cool slightly, run knife around edges
  11. Pop out onto plate
