👩🍳 How to make Pinda Muga
- Mix both flours in bowl
- Add green chillies, ginger, salt, turmeric, cumin seeds
- Add oil
- Gradually add water while mixing to form thick batter
- Let rest 10 minutes
- Boil water for steaming in cooker (should be 1 inch deep)
- Oil small cups or molds
- Fill � with batter
- Steam for 8�10 minutes (cooker should have steam)
- Cool slightly, run knife around edges
- Pop out onto plate
