  1. Heat mustard oil in wok/large pan over medium-high heat (50 seconds)
  2. Add mustard seeds, let crackle (10 seconds)
  3. Add cumin seeds, stir (5 seconds)
  4. Add minced onion, fry until golden (2�3 minutes)
  5. Add minced green chillies, stir (20 seconds)
  6. Add diced carrots, fry (2 minutes)
  7. Add peas, fry (1 minute)
  8. Add turmeric, salt, mix well (30 seconds)
  9. Add cooled rice, break up any clumps with spoon (2�3 minutes)
  10. Stir-fry until rice is hot throughout and grains are separated (3�4 minutes total from adding rice)
  11. Should smell aromatic and have slight shine from oil
