👩🍳 How to make Oriya Paratha
- Mix flour and salt
- Add 15ml ghee (� of the amount)
- Gradually add water while kneading into soft dough (5 minutes)
- Cover, rest 20 minutes
- Divide into 6 equal balls
- On ghee-greased surface, roll each ball to thin 8-inch circle
- Brush with thin layer of melted ghee (3ml per paratha)
- Starting from one end, roll into tight cylinder
- Coil the cylinder spiral shape, flatten into 5-inch disc (2-3 times)
- Heat griddle over medium-high heat (170�C)
- Place paratha on griddle
- Cook 30 seconds until light brown spots appear
- Flip, cook other side 30 seconds
- Flip again, press down gently with cloth
- Cook 15�20 seconds more, paratha should puff slightly
- Both sides should have golden-brown spots
- Serve hot, stacked
