👩‍🍳 How to make Nariyal Rice

  1. Soak grated coconut in 250ml water for 10 minutes
  2. Squeeze out coconut milk, strain (yields ~200ml thick milk)
  3. Rinse rice, drain
  4. Heat ghee in pot over medium heat (30 seconds)
  5. Add cumin seeds, let crackle (10 seconds)
  6. Add sliced green chillies, fry (20 seconds)
  7. Add rice, mix to coat with ghee
  8. Add salt, stir
  9. Add coconut milk and 100ml water
  10. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low
  11. Cover, simmer 15�18 minutes until water is absorbed
  12. Fluff with fork
  13. Serve hot
