👩🍳 How to make Khichdi Sankranti
- Soak rice and moong dal for 15 minutes, drain
- Heat 15ml ghee in pot over medium heat (30 seconds)
- Add cashews, fry until golden (2 minutes), remove and set aside
- Add raisins, fry (1 minute), remove
- Add soaked rice and moong dal to pot, mix to coat with ghee
- Add water, jaggery, cardamom, salt
- Bring to boil, reduce heat to low
- Cover, simmer 15�18 minutes until water is absorbed
- Stir in 5ml ghee
- Add grated coconut, mix gently
- Top with fried cashews and raisins
- Serve hot
