👩‍🍳 How to make Karara Pitha

  1. Mix both flours, salt, turmeric, jaggery in bowl
  2. Add minced green chillies
  3. Gradually add water to form thick batter (should hold shape but be spreadable)
  4. Let rest 10 minutes
  5. Heat oil in deep pan over medium-high heat (170�C)
  6. Take 1 tbsp batter, shape roughly into flat disc
  7. Drop into hot oil
  8. Fry 1�2 minutes per side until golden and crispy
  9. Should be crunchy and have no soft spots inside
  10. Drain on paper towels
