  1. Heat mustard oil in pan over medium heat (40 seconds)
  2. Add mustard seeds, let crackle (10 seconds)
  3. Add sliced onion, fry until translucent (2�3 minutes)
  4. Add sliced green chillies, fry (20 seconds)
  5. Add chopped mango shoots, turmeric, salt
  6. Mix gently, add water
  7. Cover, cook until shoots are tender and flavors blend (6�8 minutes)
  8. Should be light green and tender
  9. Serve hot
