- Heat mustard oil in pan over medium heat (40 seconds)
- Add mustard seeds, let crackle (10 seconds)
- Add sliced onion, fry until translucent (2�3 minutes)
- Add sliced green chillies, fry (20 seconds)
- Add chopped mango shoots, turmeric, salt
- Mix gently, add water
- Cover, cook until shoots are tender and flavors blend (6�8 minutes)
- Should be light green and tender
