👩‍🍳 How to make Coconut Rice

  1. Rinse rice, drain
  2. Heat ghee in pot over medium heat (30 seconds)
  3. Add cumin seeds, let crackle (10 seconds)
  4. Add sliced green chillies, fry (20 seconds)
  5. Add rice, mix to coat with ghee
  6. Add turmeric, stir (30 seconds)
  7. Add grated coconut, stir (1 minute)
  8. Add water and salt
  9. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low
  10. Cover, simmer 15�18 minutes until water is absorbed
  11. Fluff with fork
  12. Serve hot
