👩🍳 How to make Chuna Puri
- Mix flattened rice, wheat flour, salt, green chillies, turmeric in bowl
- Add water gradually, mixing to form thick paste (should hold together)
- Heat oil in deep pan over medium-high heat (170�C)
- Take 1 tbsp paste, shape into small ball, flatten slightly
- Drop into hot oil
- Fry 1�2 minutes per side until golden and crispy
- Should be crunchy throughout, not chewy
- Drain on paper towels
