  1. Mix flattened rice, wheat flour, salt, green chillies, turmeric in bowl
  2. Add water gradually, mixing to form thick paste (should hold together)
  3. Heat oil in deep pan over medium-high heat (170�C)
  4. Take 1 tbsp paste, shape into small ball, flatten slightly
  5. Drop into hot oil
  6. Fry 1�2 minutes per side until golden and crispy
  7. Should be crunchy throughout, not chewy
  8. Drain on paper towels
