  1. Measure flattened rice into large mixing bowl
  2. Add salt to rice, toss gently
  3. Stir in jaggery (should dissolve slightly from heat of mixing)
  4. Pour yogurt slowly while stirring with fork to break lumps (mix until uniform 1 minute)
  5. Fold in chopped fruit gently (avoid mashing)
  6. Heat ghee in small pan over medium heat (30 seconds, until runny)
  7. Drizzle hot ghee over rice mixture, toss once
  8. Let rest 2�3 minutes for flavors to blend
  9. Serve in individual bowls, topped with dry fruit pieces
