- Measure flattened rice into large mixing bowl
- Add salt to rice, toss gently
- Stir in jaggery (should dissolve slightly from heat of mixing)
- Pour yogurt slowly while stirring with fork to break lumps (mix until uniform 1 minute)
- Fold in chopped fruit gently (avoid mashing)
- Heat ghee in small pan over medium heat (30 seconds, until runny)
- Drizzle hot ghee over rice mixture, toss once
- Let rest 2�3 minutes for flavors to blend
- Serve in individual bowls, topped with dry fruit pieces
