👩🍳 How to make Chuda Kheer
- Heat ghee in pan over medium heat (30 seconds)
- Add cashew pieces, fry until golden (2 minutes)
- Remove and set aside
- Add puffed rice to same pan, fry for 1�2 minutes (should smell nutty)
- Boil milk in separate pot
- Add jaggery to boiling milk, stir until dissolved (1 minute)
- Add cardamom powder
- Add fried puffed rice to milk, stir well
- Simmer for 2�3 minutes
- Should be thick and creamy
- Serve in bowls, top with fried cashews and raisins
