👩‍🍳 How to make Chuda Kheer

  1. Heat ghee in pan over medium heat (30 seconds)
  2. Add cashew pieces, fry until golden (2 minutes)
  3. Remove and set aside
  4. Add puffed rice to same pan, fry for 1�2 minutes (should smell nutty)
  5. Boil milk in separate pot
  6. Add jaggery to boiling milk, stir until dissolved (1 minute)
  7. Add cardamom powder
  8. Add fried puffed rice to milk, stir well
  9. Simmer for 2�3 minutes
  10. Should be thick and creamy
  11. Serve in bowls, top with fried cashews and raisins
