  1. Heat mustard oil in pan over medium heat (40 seconds)
  2. Add mustard seeds, let crackle (15 seconds)
  3. Add cumin seeds, stir (10 seconds)
  4. Add minced onion, fry until light golden (2�3 minutes)
  5. Add minced green chillies, fry (20 seconds)
  6. Add diced potatoes, fry (2�3 minutes until edges soften)
  7. Add peas, turmeric, salt, stir (1 minute)
  8. Add 150ml water, bring to simmer
  9. Add rice flakes slowly while stirring constantly (add all while stirring, 2�3 minutes)
  10. Reduce heat to low, continue stirring until water is absorbed and mixture is fluffy (5 minutes)
