👩🍳 How to make Chikhalti
- Heat ghee in pan over medium heat (30 seconds)
- Add beaten rice, dry roast for 2�3 minutes (should smell nutty)
- Heat 150ml water in separate pot
- Add jaggery to water, stir until dissolved and brought to boil (2 minutes)
- Pour hot jaggery water over roasted beaten rice
- Add salt
- Stir well, let rest 2�3 minutes for liquid absorption
- Beaten rice should be soft but separate
- Top with chopped dry fruit
- Serve warm
