  1. Boil water with salt.
  2. Slowly add rice flour, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  3. Cook 3-4 min until dough forms.
  4. Cool slightly.
  5. Roll into balls, flatten to 5mm thickness.
  6. Cook on hot griddle 30 sec each side until edges are crispy.
  7. Serve with fish curry or vegetable stew.
