  1. Rinse black rice.
  2. Boil water 5 min.
  3. Add rice.
  4. Cook 30 min until very soft and rice absorbs water.
  5. Add milk slowly while stirring to avoid lumps.
  6. Cook 15 min more.
  7. Add jaggery.
  8. Cook 5 min.
  9. Stir in ghee.
  10. Serve warm, garnished with sesame.
  11. Texture: creamy, gooey.
  12. Color: deep purple.
  13. Taste: mildly sweet, nutty from black rice.
