  1. Boil water in large pot.
  2. Add axone and crushed green chillies.
  3. Simmer 5 min.
  4. Add smoked meat pieces.
  5. Cook 45 min until tender on medium heat.
  6. Stir in rice with more water if needed.
  7. When rice is nearly soft, add leafy greens.
  8. Cook 7 min.
  9. Adjust salt.
