👩🍳 How to make Wari Paknam
- Mix pumpkin flour and rice flour with salt and turmeric (1 min)
- Add chopped onion, minced chilli, and coriander (1 min)
- Gradually add water to form thick batter (2 min) - consistency should be thicker than crepe batter
- Let batter rest 3 minutes to absorb water
- Heat thick tawa to medium heat, coat with oil
- Pour 90ml batter, flatten gently to 8mm thickness with damp hand
- Cook 5-6 min on first side until edges turn golden-brown and base firms (gently test with spatula)
- Drizzle oil around edges, flip carefully
- Cook 4-5 min on other side until pale brown
- Transfer to plate, serve immediately
