👩🍳 How to make Thabol
- Mince red chillies very finely (2 min)
- If using dried, pound to fine powder (2 min)
- Pound fermented fish to fine powder (2 min)
- In bowl, combine minced chilli, pounded ngari, finely chopped tomato, diced onion, minced ginger and garlic
- Add salt
- Mix well
- Add lime juice, fold gently
- Add coriander, mix once
- Let sit 5 minutes for flavors to blend
- Serve at room temperature in small bowl
