👩‍🍳 How to make Thabol

  1. Mince red chillies very finely (2 min)
  2. If using dried, pound to fine powder (2 min)
  3. Pound fermented fish to fine powder (2 min)
  4. In bowl, combine minced chilli, pounded ngari, finely chopped tomato, diced onion, minced ginger and garlic
  5. Add salt
  6. Mix well
  7. Add lime juice, fold gently
  8. Add coriander, mix once
  9. Let sit 5 minutes for flavors to blend
  10. Serve at room temperature in small bowl
