👩🍳 How to make Takari
- Dice all vegetables uniformly (2 min)
- Heat oil in pot over medium (1 min)
- Add cumin seeds, let crackle 30 seconds
- Add minced garlic, cook 30 seconds
- Add sliced ginger, cook 1 minute
- Add coarsely chopped onion, cook 2 minutes
- Add turmeric and coriander powder, stir quickly (30 seconds)
- Add chopped tomatoes, cook 2 minutes
- Add sliced green chilli
- Add diced vegetables, stir gently (1 min)
- Pour water, add salt
- Bring to boil (5 min)
- Reduce heat to medium-low
- Simmer 15-18 minutes until vegetables are very tender
- Stir occasionally
- Serve hot
