  1. Mix rice flour with salt and cumin (1 min)
  2. Add minced onion, chilli, ginger (1 min)
  3. Gradually add water to form thick batter (1 min)
  4. Heat tawa to medium, oil surface
  5. Pour 85ml batter, flatten to 8mm
  6. Cook 5-6 min until pale golden
  7. Drizzle oil, flip
  8. Cook 4-5 min until light golden
  9. Transfer to plate
