- Mix rice flour with salt and cumin (1 min)
- Add minced onion, chilli, ginger (1 min)
- Gradually add water to form thick batter (1 min)
- Heat tawa to medium, oil surface
- Pour 85ml batter, flatten to 8mm
- Cook 5-6 min until pale golden
- Drizzle oil, flip
- Cook 4-5 min until light golden
