👩🍳 How to make Spinach-Pea Paknam
- Wash and dry spinach, chop finely (1 min)
- Blanch peas 3 minutes, drain, crush lightly (4 min)
- Mix besan with salt and turmeric (1 min)
- Add chopped spinach, crushed peas, minced onion, chilli (2 min)
- Gradually add water to form thick batter (1 min)
- Heat tawa to medium, apply oil
- Pour 90ml batter, flatten to 8mm
- Cook 6-7 min until bottom is golden
- Drizzle oil, flip
- Cook 4-5 min until other side is light golden
- Transfer to plate
