👩‍🍳 How to make Spinach-Pea Paknam

  1. Wash and dry spinach, chop finely (1 min)
  2. Blanch peas 3 minutes, drain, crush lightly (4 min)
  3. Mix besan with salt and turmeric (1 min)
  4. Add chopped spinach, crushed peas, minced onion, chilli (2 min)
  5. Gradually add water to form thick batter (1 min)
  6. Heat tawa to medium, apply oil
  7. Pour 90ml batter, flatten to 8mm
  8. Cook 6-7 min until bottom is golden
  9. Drizzle oil, flip
  10. Cook 4-5 min until other side is light golden
  11. Transfer to plate
